Background
Manish comes from a humble middle-class family and is currently in the final year of his B.Com at Shia PG College. In July, he joined the SkillBridge Program with the hope of improving his skills and building a better future.
Initial Personality & Learning Attitude
When Manish first joined the program, he was a very introverted student who preferred staying within a small circle of friends. However, he had a strong eagerness to learn. He consistently sat in the front row of the class and actively asked questions on every topic, reflecting his curiosity and dedication.
Active Participation & Skill Building
From the beginning, Manish made a conscious decision to improve his communication skills and become more confident in social situations. He consistently put in extra effort to achieve this goal. Manish actively participated in various program activities and events. Every day, from morning till evening, he dedicated time to practicing on the computer. Alongside strengthening his technical skills, he also worked on his communication through mock interviews, classroom speaking activities, and debates.
Achievements & Milestones
His dedication and determination led to remarkable growth. After completing the certification course, Manish successfully cleared the NIELIT exam on his first attempt, which was a significant achievement for him.
Career Breakthrough
Despite facing multiple rejections and attending several interviews, Manish never lost hope. He remained persistent and continued to improve himself with each experience. His perseverance finally paid off when he secured a job offer from WeWin Pvt. Ltd. as a Swiggy Customer Care Executive, with an in-hand salary of ₹16,000 per month.
