Background and Early Challenges
Abeer joined the SkillBRIDGE Program in July while pursuing his B.Com final year from Shia PG College. Coming from a humble background, he is the youngest among five siblings. He lost his father in 2016, and since then life has not been easy for the family. Despite these challenges, Areeb always stood out because of his curiosity and eagerness to learn.
Initial Learning Phase
From the beginning, Areeb loved asking questions and understanding things deeply. However, when he joined the program, he was not technically strong and lacked professional grooming. He was also confused about his career path and unsure about which field to pursue. With continuous counselling and guidance, he gradually gained clarity and started preparing seriously for his career.
Growth Through Consistency and Participation
Areeb has always been punctual, regular, and enthusiastic about participating in every activity of the program. Through consistent hard work, he strengthened not only his technical skills but also improved his professionalism and communication abilities.
Academic Achievement
A major milestone in Areeb’s journey was when he successfully cracked the NIELIT exam with an outstanding 90% score. This achievement boosted his confidence and motivated him to aim higher.
Despite facing multiple rejections and attending several interviews, Manish never lost hope. He remained persistent and continued to improve himself with each experience. His perseverance finally paid off when he secured a job offer from WeWin Pvt. Ltd. as a Swiggy Customer Care Executive, with an in-hand salary of ₹16,000 per month.
